Terms of Use for the LSPnext Community

Welcome to LSPnext.

These Terms of Use govern registration for and use of the LSPnext online community available at www.lspnext.com.

LSPnext is an international professional community for LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitators. It provides a space for professional exchange, peer learning, continued development, collaboration and shared practice.

By creating an account, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms of Use.

2. Purpose of the Community

LSPnext is an international professional community for people working with LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®.

The community is designed to support continued professional development after Foundation Training through:

  • professional exchange;
  • peer learning and reflection;
  • discussion of facilitation practice;
  • feedback on workshop concepts and roadmaps;
  • co-facilitation and professional networking;
  • mentoring;
  • exchange on business development;
  • exchange on tools, resources and professional developments;
  • courses, workshops and other learning opportunities.

The culture of LSPnext is based on real exchange, active participation, professional practice, learning together and growing together.

LSPnext operates independently and is not governed by any training provider or professional association.

3. Registration and User Account

3.1 Registration

A personal user account is required to access areas of the LSPnext Community that are reserved for registered members.

When registering, you must provide accurate and current information.

By submitting the registration form, you confirm that:

  • the information you provide is correct;
  • you are registering for yourself;
  • you accept these Terms of Use; and
  • you will comply with the rules of the LSPnext Community.

3.2 Acceptance of the Terms of Use

Registration cannot be completed without accepting these Terms of Use.

Your acceptance is recorded as part of the registration process.

3.3 Personal account

Your account is personal to you.

You may not transfer your account to another person or allow another person to use your login credentials.

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for informing us promptly if you become aware of unauthorised access to your account.

3.4 Admission

Registration does not create an unconditional right to membership.

LSPnext may reject or revoke registration where there is a legitimate reason to do so, including false registration information, misuse of the platform or serious concerns regarding compliance with these Terms of Use.

4. Membership and Access

LSPnext may provide different levels of access, including free and paid membership areas.

4.1 Free Membership

Free Membership provides access to those areas and resources that LSPnext designates as available to Free Members.

The scope of Free Membership may evolve as the community develops.

4.2 Professional Membership

Professional Membership provides access to additional community areas, formats and services.

The current scope, price, billing period and other conditions of a Professional Membership are stated on the relevant offer and checkout pages.

4.3 Courses, programmes and other paid services

Courses, workshops, mentoring programmes, coaching services and other paid offerings may be booked separately.

Where additional contractual terms apply to a particular paid service, these will be provided during the relevant booking or purchasing process.

5. Professional Community Standards

LSPnext exists to enable open, useful and professional exchange between members.

All members are expected to contribute to an environment in which people can share experience, questions and professional challenges without fear of personal attack, discrimination or inappropriate behaviour.

In particular, members agree to:

  • communicate respectfully with other members;
  • challenge ideas without diminishing people;
  • respect different professional backgrounds, approaches and training traditions;
  • share experiences honestly and responsibly;
  • respect confidentiality where information has been shared within the community;
  • respect the privacy of other members;
  • respect intellectual property and other legal rights;
  • avoid harassment, bullying, discrimination, hate speech and threatening behaviour;
  • avoid spam and unsolicited mass advertising;
  • use the platform only for lawful purposes; and
  • follow reasonable instructions from LSPnext administrators and moderators.

Professional disagreement is expressly welcome. Personal attacks are not.

6. Confidentiality and Professional Cases

Members may discuss workshops, clients, organisations and professional situations within the community.

When doing so, members are responsible for protecting confidential information and the rights of third parties.

Unless you have the necessary permission, you must not disclose information that allows a client, participant, colleague or organisation to be identified.

Information shared by another member within a clearly confidential professional discussion must not be shared outside the community without that member’s permission.

Membership of LSPnext does not itself create a legally recognised professional confidentiality relationship between members.

7. Member Content

7.1 Responsibility for your content

Members may publish content such as posts, comments, questions, photographs, documents, workshop materials, links and other contributions.

You remain responsible for the content you publish.

You may only upload or publish material if you have the necessary rights to use and share it.

7.2 Intellectual property

You retain ownership of your own content and intellectual property.

By publishing content on LSPnext, you grant Leadership Campus GmbH the non-exclusive rights technically necessary to store, display, process and make that content available to other authorised LSPnext members through the platform.

This permission is limited to operating and providing the LSPnext Community.

Publication within LSPnext does not transfer ownership of your intellectual property to LSPnext or to other members.

7.3 Use of content published by other members

Content shared by another member may not automatically be copied, distributed, published, sold, incorporated into training materials or otherwise commercially exploited.

Members must respect the copyright, trademarks, confidentiality and other rights of the person who created or shared the material.

8. Prohibited Content and Conduct

The following content and activities are prohibited within LSPnext:

  • unlawful content;
  • discriminatory, hateful, threatening or seriously offensive content;
  • sexual harassment or other forms of harassment;
  • deliberate intimidation or bullying;
  • infringement of copyright, trademarks, privacy rights or other third-party rights;
  • publication of confidential or personal information without appropriate permission;
  • impersonation of another person;
  • fraudulent or deliberately misleading information;
  • spam or unsolicited mass messaging;
  • malware, hacking attempts or activities intended to disrupt the platform;
  • using automated systems or bots in a way that interferes with the community or other members;
  • illegal commercial activities; and
  • repeated or serious breaches of the Community Standards.

9. Moderation

LSPnext administrators and authorised moderators may moderate activity within the community.

Moderation may include:

  • contacting a member regarding their behaviour or content;
  • requesting that content be changed;
  • hiding or removing content;
  • issuing a warning;
  • restricting access to particular areas;
  • temporarily suspending an account; or
  • terminating membership in serious or repeated cases.

Moderation decisions will take into account the nature, seriousness, context and frequency of the relevant conduct.

Where appropriate, we will explain a moderation decision to the affected member.

In urgent cases, including serious harassment, threats, security risks, illegal content or significant risks to other members, LSPnext may take immediate action without prior warning.

10. Reporting Content or Behaviour

Members may report content or behaviour that they believe violates these Terms of Use or applicable law.

Reports should contain enough information for LSPnext to identify and assess the relevant content or behaviour.

Reports can be submitted through available reporting functions within the platform or by contacting:

Reports will be reviewed by the LSPnext team.

Knowingly submitting false or abusive reports may itself constitute a violation of these Terms of Use.

11. LSPnext Content and Professional Information

Information, discussions, resources and contributions within LSPnext are intended for professional learning and exchange.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, they do not constitute legal, tax, medical, financial or other regulated professional advice.

Members remain responsible for their own professional decisions and for determining whether information or methods discussed within the community are suitable for a particular client, organisation or situation.

Contributions made by individual members represent the views and experiences of those members and do not automatically represent the position of LSPnext or Leadership Campus GmbH.

12. Availability of the Platform

We aim to provide reliable access to the LSPnext Community.

However, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

Access may temporarily be restricted because of maintenance, technical problems, security measures, updates or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We may change, improve or discontinue individual platform functions where this is reasonably necessary for technical, operational, security or legal reasons.

13. Liability

Leadership Campus GmbH is liable without limitation where liability is required by law, including for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health.

In cases of ordinary negligence involving the breach of an essential contractual obligation, liability is limited to the damage that was reasonably foreseeable at the time the contract was concluded.

Nothing in these Terms of Use excludes or restricts liability where such exclusion or restriction would be prohibited by applicable law.

Members remain responsible for content they publish and for their own professional and commercial decisions.

14. Ending Membership

14.1 Termination by the member

Members may end their Free Membership and request closure of their LSPnext account.

Paid memberships are additionally subject to the cancellation conditions stated when the relevant membership was purchased.

14.2 Termination or suspension by LSPnext

LSPnext may suspend or terminate an account where there is a legitimate reason, particularly in cases of:

  • serious or repeated violations of these Terms of Use;
  • harassment or threatening behaviour;
  • unlawful activity;
  • misuse of the platform;
  • intentional infringement of third-party rights;
  • security risks; or
  • fraudulent registration or account use.

Where appropriate, less severe measures will be considered before permanent exclusion.

14.3 Member content after termination

Following termination of an account, personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.

Where technically and legally appropriate, contributions to existing discussions may be retained in anonymised form so that the context of discussions is preserved.

15. Privacy

The processing of personal data is governed by the LSPnext Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy is available separately on www.lspnext.com.

16. Changes to these Terms of Use

These Terms of Use may be amended where changes are reasonably necessary, for example because:

  • legal requirements change;
  • platform functionality changes;
  • new services are introduced;
  • security requirements change; or
  • the structure of LSPnext develops.

Material changes will be communicated to members in an appropriate manner before they take effect.

Where renewed consent is legally or contractually required, members may be asked to accept the updated Terms of Use before continuing to use the relevant services.

17. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, subject to any mandatory legal provisions that may apply.

Mandatory statutory rights are not affected.
